Please read this advice first

Your name and contact details. You are required to leave your email address at the minimum. A postal address and phone number are optional but recommended in case we find email contact difficult.

Details about your work. Give the details about your submitted work. The title, dimensions and medium for each submitted piece as a minimum requirement. Make sure these reference the correct images sent. Any futher information is fine but must be brief.

Sending images of work. You can send up to 3 works using this form. We require only one image per work, please don’t send more than one image of the same piece.

Take the best photographs of your pieces that you can in natural light, with true colours and as little distortion as possible. Don’t use flash.

Use a file name that describes the image but refrain from adding too much information or unusual characters. It must relate to the information given in the details.

The images must be a jpeg type and each file must not exceed 1 megabyte of data. Larger images and other file types will be rejected by the form. We recommend using an image editor to reduce the size to within 1200 pixels in either dimension.

Payment and delivery – Clicking Apply will take you to a payment page where you send us the fee of £20. You will get a receipt email to confirm your application. We will then contact you with any notices.
