Please read the following thoroughly before making an application.

The fee of £20 is payable at the time of application and is non returnable.

The exhibition is open to all artists based in the UK, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands & the Republic of Ireland.

Works must not exceed 60 x 60 cm in size

The medium must be painting, collage and original prints (no digital).

We won’t accept photography, sculpture, ceramics, crafts, video, NFT, digital, Ai generated or installation works.

All work must be for sale. Any works sold must remain in the exhibition for the full duration.

You may enter up to 3 pieces or work.

The works must be by you and have been executed within the last 10 years.

When sending images to us please photograph the complete work, no details or group shots please. The photgraphs must be clear and accurate enough for the panel to examine.

Please crop the images to show only the work. Avoid reflections, shadows, people, surroundings and so on.

The photographs must be the true representation of the original works, if not we reserve the right to exclude submissions.

One application per person only. If you think you have mistakenly applied twice you will need to contact us. We will contact you if you apply more than once.

You must apply as yourself and not on behalf of anyone else or any other organisation. No collaborations or collectives. If you represent an individual who is unable to complete the form, it’s allowed under that individual’s name.
